It could be that a certain filter was applied to your All Sales tab that's why it's not showing all the estimates. To isolate the issue, you can clear and set the appropriate filter. I'll show you how:
- Select Sales from the sidebar menu.
- Go to the All Sales tab.
- Click Clear filter / View all, then select the Filter drop-down arrow.
- Set the desired filters.
- Click Apply.
Alternatively, you can utilize the Advanced Search feature to easily locate your estimates.
If you're still unable to view them, you can go to the Audit log to check if they were accidentally deleted. If you've confirmed that the estimates were deleted, you'll need to manually recreate them. You may take a screenshot of the deleted estimates for reference.
If they're not showing as deleted, we can perform some basic troubleshooting steps to fix the issue. As we use your browser, it accumulates cache and cookies causing unusual behaviors in the program. Let's start by accessing your QuickBooks account through a private/incognito browser. Feel free to use these shortcut keys:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
