I just upgraded to 2024 desktop version. In the 2021 version I used to be able to open a check or bill and click on attach file. Then I was able to attach directly from the scanner. This feather has disappeared in 2024. How can I attach an image directly from the scanner?

Making the employees take pictures of company files is really dumb plus telling employees to use their personal phones is extra dumb. The scan manager option needs to come back. for Company safety. I cant believe I just upgraded and this is being forced into
Well that's how we do it now but that is an extra step. Plus now I have an entire directory of scanned images that I have to clear out periodically. When the scan manager was available, the image would scan directly into Quickbooks.
That solution is not acceptable. Employees will not be taking pictures of documents with their personal phones to upload into our company file. This is not an acceptable workaround.
