Get 50% OFF QuickBooks for 3 months*
Buy nowI have been charged for Quickbooks for over a year now and I don't use the product, never signed up for it. We just missed the charge on our bank statement until a couple months ago. I have spent hours with Customer Care, Tech Support, Billing, transferred from department to department. The problem is that none of them see an account for me and the Charge Lookup feature shows no charges. And yet I am being billed each month on my bank statement for $99 from Intuit for Qbooks. There is a reference number next to the charge: Onl0000756346. I know this is tied to Intuit because when I search this number on Google I get a page of Intuit links mainly taking me the the Charge Lookup tool. Can anyone help on this?

You billed for Intuit QuickBooks Plus Annual Subscription $1058.90 on 3/17/25 to credit card Mastercard ending in 3500. We have not used QuickBooks desktop for mor than 2 years. This subscription was cancelled sometime in 2021 or 2022. It was moved on to our accountant ADF Accounting who has an online subscription for us. This was cancelled and not approved to be billed. You can check your records and see we have not used it. Why would the fee even be so high. Plus, it looks like you have 2 accounts for us. 1) [email address removed] last accessed 11/20/23 with intuit and 2) lakeviewdentalbc last accessed 4/9/21 with intuit. Please refund the charge you made as soon as possible and respond to this note asap.
Thank you,
