Can you login to CAMPS and find you license status there?
Intuit won't bother calling you to remind you about the renewal. Sam is scammer.
You should change your phone number in CAMPS immediately.
Hello there, @jackpot.
Let me share some insights regarding dealing with fraudulent activities in QuickBooks.
Please be cautious of online scammers posing as Intuit QuickBooks representatives who may attempt to deceive you into providing sensitive financial or personal information. This fraudulent activity often involves unsolicited requests to wire money or disclose personal information via unfamiliar phone calls or messages.
As mentioned in the previous replies on this thread we don't call customers about plan payments unless a support team issue has been raised and a callback is scheduled. Typically, primary users will receive renewal emails.
For now, I agree with @Chrea suggestion to log in to CAMPS and find your license status. To check your license status, log in to CAMPS and navigate to the Products & Services section, which displays all your registered QuickBooks Desktop apps and subscriptions. From there, you can access license information and download any QuickBooks Desktop versions you need.
Here's how:

I have received a few calls with the same issues. They ask to speak to whoever handles the QuickBooks or Accounts Payable.
I logged in to my Intuit and QuickBooks account, and advised them all my subscriptions are up to date and there are no payment error notifications. He insists this is a different subscription for other things like data back-up.
This time the call came from QB Support [Phone number removed]
@dixieflower It was a fraud call. Hopefully you didn't give them any info.
I always tell them that I know they are scammers and if they don't stop contacting me, I will turn them in. For the most part, they have quite calling. I MIGHT get one call a year now, where I used to get 5 or 6.
I’m am getting calls from Vanessa [Surname and Phone number removed] and Jennifer [Surname and Phone number removed] saying they are with Intuit Quickbooks can you please verify they are employed by you?
It is still happening. Call came from [Phone number removed].
@LH68 It will never stop. Just tell them you know they are scammers and to stop calling. Then just hang up. Don't listen to them. Don't argue with them. Just hang up. That's all you can do.
@SoonerS_2024 No one will confirm, nor deny the names of the people that work for them.
If you didn't request a callback from QB, just assume it's a scam. QB will NEVER call you for ANY reason, other than YOU requested it.
We won't call you if you haven't initiated a callback, LH68. I'll encourage you to report this suspicious call by reaching out to our live experts.
Online fraudsters may trick you into disclosing private or sensitive information by impersonating us. This entails unsolicited requests to send money or give personal data through unknown messages or phone calls. However, our representatives won't ask for these details during outbound calls, as we only verify if you're the account's principal contact or administrator.
Additionally, QuickBooks protects you by prioritizing your safety. To ensure this gets investigated, I recommend contacting our Support Team. They can take the necessary action to combat fraud. I'll show you how.
