I'd like to let you know that you'll have to call our Customer Care Support if you want to have a scheduled callback. To do this, you can follow the steps below.
There may be times that they're unable to initiate a callback as scheduled due to the volume of calls within the day. With this, I'd also recommend getting back to them if you still didn't receive a call.

Once you've created an employee and entered the work and residence address, the State Unemployment Insurance (SUI) tax will automatically be created in the system where you can edit the SUI rate.
