1. From the Help menu, select QuickBooks Desktop Help.

For QuickBooks Online, the best way to reach our support team is to sign in to your account, select the Help icon at the upper-right corner.

How do I schedule a call back

I'd like to let you know that you'll have to call our Customer Care Support if you want to have a scheduled callback. To do this, you can follow the steps below.

1. Go to Help.
2. Select Contact Us.
3. Enter your concern in the What can we help you with? field.
4. Click Continue.
5. Chose a channel where you want to connect with our specialists.

There may be times that they're unable to initiate a callback as scheduled due to the volume of calls within the day. With this, I'd also recommend getting back to them if you still didn't receive a call.

set up unemplyment tax

Hi TheWeekendMgmt, 

I can show you how you can manage your unemployment taxes. 

Once you've created an employee and entered the work and residence address, the State Unemployment Insurance (SUI) tax will automatically be created in the system where you can edit the SUI rate. 

Let me show you how: 

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Payroll Settings.
2. Look for the state where you want to set up the rate. 
3. Enter the state's Employer Account Number, Rate, and Employment Security Assessment Rates.
4. Click OK to save changes. Then, Done. 

Whenever your SUI rate changes, you need to update it in payroll. This keeps your SUI tax liability accurate. You can also refer to this article for more details about changing the SUI tax rates.
