Cannot update Banking account in QB or with web connect fiile

My Bank Feeds for my Bank Account worked fine but now it will not.  I am getting errors when I try to download updates.  If I try to close the page for downloading the updates I get the following message:

A live connection with the Bank is active. Please wait till operation is complete.

It will not allow me to disable and re-enable account.

I ran rebuild and received the following error:

RealmInput: TokenHeaders for the user found to be NULL.

What else can I do to correct this issue?

  5. Choose Get a callback to be on the line with a representative.
