I've been having trouble with creating classes for the last week or so. I can't select a subclass for the class I'm creating, because the list of classes I can select from has become very small. All previously created classes are not displayed there. Also I can't change the text of an already created class, because the selected subclass is not saved.

We have a reported case (INV-94624) where the parent class is missing from the list when assigning sub-classes in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Rest assured that this occurrence is currently being worked on with utmost urgency.
As a workaround, you can temporarily change the name of the parent class to a lower number for it to show from the dropdown list when making a sub-class and change it back after.
