Client would like to edit her Find a ProAdvisor review

Is it possible for a client to edit their review left on a Find a ProAdvisor page?  I haven't found anything posted on the community board about this, and my client doesn't see a way to make an edit.

Client would like to edit her Find a ProAdvisor review

Hello there, @CTaylor1040.

 

 

Once the review is submitted, the edit option is unavailable. If you don't agree with the review, we have a moderation process to do it. 

 

If you feel a review is fraudulent or fails to meet our guidelines, you can contact our support. Please prepare with the following information:

 

  • Full Name (as it appears on the ProAdvisor Profile)
  • The email address linked to the ProAdvisor Profile
  • The Postal Zip code used in the ProAdvisor Profile
  • The URL for the ProAdvisor's public profile
  • The exact text of the review in question
  • Why you suspect the rating doesn't meet our guidelines

 

Our support we'll investigate the issue internally. If we conclude that the rating doesn't meet the guidelines, we'll either remove it or moderate the rating as necessary.

Client would like to edit her Find a ProAdvisor review

A potential client of mine wrote a negative review in error but cannot edit, respond, or remove the review. I find this hard to believe since I don't know of any other website (Google, Yelp, etc.) where you can't edit or remove a review. 

 

I had to call Intuit support twice now and spend over an hour so far to have the review removed. I'm still waiting for resolution. There has to be an easier way to do this as even support has to email a higher tier support area just to request a review removal. I say if you can't do it right that delights everyone, then fix it.

My client didn't think her review was going through & did it 3 times.  All of them went through & neither of us can delete the duplicates.  Can support take care of that for us?  I'm surprised they didn't catch that!

Yes. Our QuickBooks Customer Care Team will be your best support concerning deleting Find a ProAdvisor review in QuickBooks. Here's how to reach them: 

 

  1. Open QuickBooks Desktop.
  2. Go to the Help menu, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Click Contact Us at the bottom.
  4. Enter a brief description of your issue, then select Let's Talk.
  5. Choose a way to connect.

There's no direct option to modify a review posted on the ProAdvisor page, Bogibaba75. Allow me to route you to our support personnel so they can lend you a hand with this matter.

 

To help you edit your review, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They can execute the necessary moderation process so you can make changes to your review on the ProAdvisor page.

 

If you're using QuickBooks Online (QBO), here are the steps to reach them:

 

  1. Log in to your QBO account.
  2. Click (?) Help.
  3. Select the Search tab and hit Contact Us.
  4. Pick or enter brief details about your concern. Then, press Continue.
  5. Choose a way to connect with our team:
  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a call back from the next available expert.

 

You may also contact them using their landline number from this link and get to know their availability: QuickBooks Online Support.

 

On the other hand, if you're using QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), we can reach them using these steps:

 

  1. Open your QuickBooks company file.
  2. Go to Help, then click QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.

  5. Sign in to your Intuit account, press Continue, and then Continue with my account.
