Join nowCan't use snap receipts on my a42 Samsung phone. Comes on with black screen only. Worked fine a couple weeks ago. I am losing faith in this company as time is going by and tax time is. Almost here.

I've got the steps on how to fix your snap receipt issue in QuickBooks. That way, you can get back to your business.
To start, let's clear your app's cache to refresh the data. There are times when the stored cache can cause unusual behavior in the system. Please refer to the steps below.

Once done, test to snap a receipt again and check if it's now working. If the same thing happens, I'd recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app to have a clean slate. I'll show you how:

I sent a client an invoice on Sunday. It was paid promptly and says it was deposited into my account but it's still not showing up by my bank. Does anyone know why this is?

QuickBooks may process a transaction, but the funds may take another day or two to reach your bank account. I encourage you to contact your bank if you don't receive the payment within the next 24 to 48 hours.
