I'd be pleased to help you manage a user that can access those specific reports in QuickBooks Desktop.
You can modify the user's permission to access the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Accounts Receivable reports. Here's how:
- Click Company at the top menu bar and select Users, then Set Up Users and Roles.

- Enter your Password. Go to the Role List tab and double-click Accounts Receivable

- Find and click the Reports**.
- Select the Company & Financial**.
- Under the Area Access Level, choose Full.
- Hit OK.

After that, you can assign this role to your user.
