Join nowWe are using QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions 20 and this only happens specifically for 2019 transactions. When going back to edit a receipt, QB pulls up a window that states "Preparing transaction for editing". Once done and go to save and close, we get "Locking transaction". Is there a way to make this stop?

So a little update on this. While I copied the backup file and moved it over to a new computer to test updating to QB 21, these issues seemed to have stopped. I can open these receipts without issue on the new computer still on Quickbooks 20. What could be wrong with the current server?
