Email invoices

I appreciate you for performing the steps provide by my colleagues. I’m here to share some information about the issue when sending invoices via email. 

 

While checking, I received an update that the investigation concerning this problem is still in progress. Our product engineers are still working to get it fixed as soon as possible.

 

The current workaround is to download the latest windows update and confirming in the Update History that KB4567512 shows as installed. 

 

However, since you still encounter the same problem. I suggest reaching out to our support team to add you to the lists of affected users. This way, we’ll be able to notify you of any updates once received. You can follow the steps provided by my colleague, @Charies to get in touch with a live agent.

Email invoices

I still do not have the ability to invoice or send estimates to my clients. 

 

I also still do not have the ability to contact quickbooks and notify them of this issue directly.  I do not have any "contact us" or anything when I hit F1 or when I search under the help bar.

 

I've updated my mircrosoft and followed the steps recommended to show my help bar but can't even get that far.  It seems I am on a wild goose chase. 

 

Calling quickbooks means being extorted for money when it seems there isn't even a fix anyway.

 

My question is now, who is quickbooks #1 competitor? I'd like to give them a try.  There is zero support for these very, very serious issues.

I can't email invoices or reports using Web Mail thru QB. QB crashes

First, we have to make sure that your QuickBooks Desktop is updated. Here's how to update QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release. Then, email a test transaction to yourself.

 

This issue started when Microsoft released a new update. You'll want to check this link for more details and how to resolve it: QuickBooks Desktop for Windows freezes when trying to email or print.

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
