User gets this dialog box upon log off. Dialog asks to submit which we do with email address.
1) Feedback form asks what user was trying to do... User was just logging off.
2) It would be helpful to me, as admin, if Intuit would flag issues I'm supposed to fix. Our presumption is that Intuit gets these errors "pushed" up the food chain for Intuit staff to resolve.. right?

An FYI,
1) we have multiple users.. only one gets this "unrecoverable" error dialog.
2) Weve been running verify/rebuild almost every week since db32 was forced on us. Twice in July ....more than the prior year of running QB.

- Go to the File menu, then select Close Company/Logoff.
- Log in to the company file using the new log-in credential.

3) We've been using the same user roles for about ten years. The user profile in question is a newly created profile. Though it was created using duplication. And elevated to admin staus
4) curious...examining the logs shows entries at 11:45 am on Sunday. When staff is off.
