Let's find out why you're getting the error when trying to attach a file in QuickBooks for Mac, MercedesOne.
You'll want to verify if QuickBooks files were connected to the Attachment Library. To do this, you can follow the steps below. You can use file names, dates, or keywords for a better search result.
- Go to the Company menu, then select Attachment Center.
- Enter a search term in the field.
If you want to make any changes in your attachment, you can save a copy of the attachment and make the changes, then re-attach it to the transaction or record it in QuickBooks. Here's how:
- Go to the Company menu, then select Attachment Center.
- Under the Attached to the column, select the link.
Once done, double-check if you're still seeing the error message. If so I recommend getting in touch with our support team to investigate this further. They have the tools to pull up your account securely.
