Follow the steps already provided, to get in contact with QB/ Intuit.
And, FYI, posting your phone number only opens you up to a ridiculous amount of fraud. It would be smart to remove it.

I agree with Just_me, Sanbow.
We're unable to make a call here in the Community. You'll want to contact our QBO Payroll Support about your billing concern instead, so they can check your account in a more secure environment. They're available up to 6 PM PT today. Just follow the steps my colleagues shared above.
