Hello, contact-pratimas.
Thank you for taking the time to post here in the Community. I'm here to share some information about changing billing information from apple to QuickBooks direct.
Transferring billing from Apple to QuickBooks is currently unavailable. What we can do is log in to your QBO account in a web browser and reactivate your subscription since doing the process on the mobile app isn't possible since you've purchased it via Apple iTunes.
Let me show you how:
For more info, please see this article: How to resubscribe or reactivate QuickBooks Online.
I'll also add the reference on how you can manage your billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online. This will help you if you make changes to your plan.
I'm just around the corner if you need further help to manage your subscription in QuickBooks. I'll be happy to assist you again. Stay safe and have a pleasant day!
Thanks, but I tried this several times before to no avail. When I click 'Billing And Subscriptions' I get an error message-
'Unable to process your request at this time. Please sign out and try again later. If the issue persists, please contact support and reference this message.(Error code:-81623)
Questions about your subscription?
Looks like you are on Apple or Google billing.'
Where you able to figure it out? I'm struggling with this now. I decided to just cancel my apple subscription and wait for the first day after to re-subscribe directly through Quickbooks...we'll see how that goes.
I am stuck on this topic also. I subscribed for a trial in apple and then continued. However the payment goes to personal iCloud/Apple Card. I want to subscribe directly with Intuit/Quicbooks, but cannot seem to this. I need to have this go through business checking/debit account not my personal iCloud payments. It's a real pain otherwise. Is there any way to do this? What is recommendation? at this point, I might as well do the old fashioned way and use Excel spreadsheet ...:)
I understand how you want to make the process simple and easy. I'll guide you on how you're going to do about it, Claire.
Initially, since your billing is tied up to Apple, you'll want to cancel your subscription with them. Once done, call the Apple Support Team to verify if the account has been successfully canceled.
Next, contact our support team to check and arrange with them how you can transfer your billing. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment. Also, accepted cards with QuickBooks include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Here's how to reach out to our support team:
Please know that our support hours are available from Monday to Friday 6 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time and Saturday 6 AM TO 3 PM PT.
Furthermore, once you can manage your account, learn from this article how you can view your subscription information, update or change your payment method, change your billing schedule, and cancel your subscription: Manage Billing, Payment, And Subscription Information In QuickBooks Online.
Let us know if you still need help with your billing. We're here to make sure everything is covered. Have a nice day!
