How can I fix an error message that that says Mobile Time Entry Restricted?

I'm trying to set up new employees in QB.  I add them and then invite them to Workforce.  About half of them are getting this error message and can't add time.  The error message tells them to contact your admin - but I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

You're not doing anything wrong, asharp1354. You'll have to give permission to your invited employees for them to access their time in the workforce. I'm here to guide you through the process.

 

Before troubleshooting the app, ensure that your QuickBooks Online is set up correctly and that your employees have the latest version of the app installed.

How can I fix an error message that that says Mobile Time Entry Restricted?

To fix the "Mobile Time Entry Restricted" error in QuickBooks, check that each employee has the correct permissions for time tracking in Workforce. Go to Payroll Settings > Time Tracking Access, and ensure "Mobile Time Entry" is enabled for affected employees. You can use this method it will aslo helpful and easy.
