How can I request a call back from a US agent?

Hi billing40,

I can also address your concern here in the Community. Just click on Reply and provide further details about your concern.

If you'd like to speak with one of our experts, you can request a callback by logging in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. I'll guide you how.

  1. From the Help menu, choose Contact us.
  2. Enter your concern and click on Let's talk.
  3. Choose Get a callback and enter your information.
  4. Click on Confirm my call.

You can also check out our support hours in this link: Intuit Support hours and types.

We'll be around if you need anything moving forward. Have a good one.

How can I request a call back from a US agent?

I'm trying to change the master admin for my account but don't have the password to login to QB. I can't get to the help button. I've sent in the paperwork to make the change but the account security team has not received all they need . I've sent the docs many times. I need to talk to a person on the team to find an alternative method of sending in my docs. The secure portal is not working for me. Enosek62

How can I request a call back from a US agent?

Thank adding additional information, @Enosek62.

Since you need to contact our phone support in order to fix this concern, I can provide you steps on how to get in touch with them without logging in to QuickBooks Online.

Let's use a dummy email to sign in into QBO, then click I forgot my user ID or Password. Once routed to the help page in QuickBooks and click Try something else.

Then, click message us for support. After this, you will be routed to another page where you need to fill in the information, then click Submit.

Please let me know how it goes by commenting below. I'll be there to help.
