Currently, the Bill and Purchase Order (PO) approval workflow is an exclusive feature available in QBDT Enterprise Platinum and Diamond subscriptions. For now, it is unavailable in the trial version. That said, I recommend subscribing to the compatible plan to ensure you'll be able to access the feature.

You may also contact our Sales department for more in-depth information regarding the features available in the new QBDT 2024 and ask for assistance choosing the appropriate subscription. To do that, go to this link: QuickBooks Enterprise. Then, select Talk to Sales.

I can understand if we are not allowed to use payroll features or integration with third party apps in the trial version. But I don't see why your Product team should do the same with the approval feature.

I have QBDT 2024 Enterprise Edition and I see that option available, however, after digging deeper, I see that one can only have one approval workflow per transaction type and we are limited to a single approval level. This means I can only have one approver per transaction type. Am I correct?
