We'll need help from Support to check further why you have no available backups despite having a correct setup. You can reach them using these steps:
- Click on Help and select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Select Contact Us at the bottom.
- Enter a summary of the scenario and click Let's talk.
- Click on Message an Agent.
