If the platforms can't see the account, let's perform these steps:
- Toggle Connection: Go to Bank Transactions, select the dropdown next to "Link Account," and choose Manage Connections. Turn the Green Dot connection off and on again.
- Contact Support: If the account does not appear, contact QuickBooks Payments Support directly to ensure it is correctly activated, as it is a prepaid debit account.
- Reaching Green Dot: Access Green Dot by navigating to their site to register or using the dedicated Green Dot Support channel, as outlined in the QuickBooks Checking FAQ.
