I'll guide you on printing subtotals on the invoice, NewYorkTutor.
Technically, the subtotal will show once you've added it to your invoice. If you haven't already entered it yet, create a Subtotal item. To do so, follow the steps outlined below:
- Go to the Lists menu, then select Items List.
- Click the Items button and choose New
- Locate Subtotal in the Type dropdown box.

Once you create an invoice, choose the Subtotal item, which will automatically calculate the amount. I've attached a screenshot:
