I have been frustrated by this problem for some time, so I REALLY want to know, is QuickBooks 2021 compatible with Outlook 2019? Both of these products are installed locally, that's the way is worked on Win 7, what has happened?

Outlook is missing from the Send Form Preferences. The link to Fix Outlook does not appear has not helped, Ive tried it three times already.
Can you please tell me what activates the OutLook option in the Send Forms Preferences?
