I'd be happy to share information with you on how you can upload your QuickBooks Online (QBO) data to TurboTax, TMac3.
For now, there isn't a direct way to import your QBO data to TurboTax. As a workaround, you can transfer your data to QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), then import it to TurboTax.
If you don't have a QBDT installed on your computer, you can utilize our free trial version by downloading it. Then, once done downloading the product, export the data to QBDT. From there, you can start moving your QBDT tax information to TurboTax.
Here's how:
- Sign in to your TurboTax and go to the File menu.
- Select Import.
- Click the From Accounting Software.
- Select QuickBooks (2021) and click Continue.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
This reference covers all the details on how to import QuickBooks data into TurboTax Business. It includes tips to accomplish the task.
Additionally, you can run your reports for both software to ensure all the data and numbers are correct.
