I am preparing to send my Quickbooks info to TurboTax. I've gone through the proper steps, but I can only send to accountant. How do I get the Send to Turbotax button?

I want to make sure I provide you with the best resolution. Were you invited by your accountant to help you manage your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account? If so, you can only send your tax info to them as they are the ones who will file your taxes.

 

Thus, the Send to TurboTax button isn't available. If this is not the case, I recommend contacting our support team. One of our live agents can look into your accountant and investigate why the button isn't visible on your end. Here's how to reach out to them.

 

  1. Go to the Assistant menu.
  2. Type in Talk to a human.
  3. Then select your preferred support method either Message an agent (Live chat), Call an agent or Get a callback.

Thanks, I did add an accountant, but she will be helping me with 2022 Taxes, not with 2021 Taxes. I need to file for 2021 on my own. So I need to find a way to get her temporarily removed or talk to the support team when they open tomorrow to get this resolved and then the proper button should appear?
