I admire you for performing some steps in preparing your tax info,@runyon2007.
I want to make sure I provide you with the best resolution. Were you invited by your accountant to help you manage your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account? If so, you can only send your tax info to them as they are the ones who will file your taxes.
Thus, the Send to TurboTax button isn't available. If this is not the case, I recommend contacting our support team. One of our live agents can look into your accountant and investigate why the button isn't visible on your end. Here's how to reach out to them.
Please ensure to check out their support hours to know when agents are available.
When everything is all set, you might want to utilize this article for reference in filing your taxes: Send QuickBooks Self-Employed tax info to TurboTax Self-Employed or Live.
If you have any other questions about your taxes and QBSE, please let me know in your reply. I'll be here to take care of them for you. Stay safe and have a great weekend!
Thanks, I did add an accountant, but she will be helping me with 2022 Taxes, not with 2021 Taxes. I need to file for 2021 on my own. So I need to find a way to get her temporarily removed or talk to the support team when they open tomorrow to get this resolved and then the proper button should appear?
