May I know what browser are you currently using? Does the issue occur when you log in to a different browser? Any details you can provide can help us narrow things down.
In the meantime, you can try accessing your account in a private window. The private browser does not save data in your cache making it a good place to isolate web data issues. Here are some keyboard shortcuts you can try:

Have you worked to run QuickBooks Online with another browser or clear the browser's cache and login to the account? This can help us identify if this is caused by a browser issue.
If the issue persists, I recommend using one of the links below since we don't have access to your account.
From there, you can chat with our Payroll Support team depending on your payroll service subscription. They have the right tools to pull up your account in a secure environment.

Currently, there isn't any product investigation about the error when trying to sign in to QuickBooks Online.
