Our goal is to simplify your customer payments, Lollybrown15.
When using QuickBooks Online (QBO), it's important to note that the process for sending an email with a Pay button differs depending on whether you're creating a one-time or multi-use payment link. Understanding these differences can enhance your payment processes.
One-Time Payment Link:
- When you create a payment link in QuickBooks, you can email it directly from the platform. The email will include a Pay Now button, allowing your customers to complete their payment effortlessly by clicking it.
Multi-Use Payment Link:
- When using a multi-use payment link, the process differs slightly. This type of link is intended for use by multiple customers or for various transactions.
- QBO does not currently support sending multi-use payment links with a Pay button through its email system. Instead, you can manually copy the multi-use payment link and paste it into your email template using your regular email service. Once you have done this, you can send it to your customers, instructing them to click the link to complete their payments.
