Hello there, @agcouncilark.
I want to ensure you can log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
One of the possible reasons why the QuickBooks website keeps on spinning and won't get to the sign-in page is that the browser you're using had a data issue. To verify, let's log in to your QBO account using a private browser. To do so, you can press this shortcut key on your keyboard:
If this works, they need to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh. If they get the same result while using a private browser, I recommend switching to a different one.
However, if you still want to reach out to our QuickBooks Support Team, you can follow the steps below to request a callback:
You may also want to change some settings or turn on features in QBO. You can check out this article for the detailed steps and information: Edit company settings in QuickBooks Online.
Come back to this post and let me know how it goes, @agcouncilark. I'll be right here to provide further assistance.

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser.
We appreciate you for joining this thread, @JodyJody. I see that it's challenging on your end to log in to your QBO account. Let me help you fix this so you can perform your QuickBooks-related task.
We agree with what @Fiat Lux - ASIA recommended to try opening your account in a private/incognito browser. Because this might be a browser-related concern and to confirm this, we can perform some basic troubleshooting.
Let's start with what @Fiat Lux - ASIA suggested, try opening your account via private/incognito mode. You can follow the shortcut keys below:
If this works, clear the cache of your regular browser to eliminate accumulated data. If the issue persists, you can use another supported browser or device. It might be that the current one you're using has a temporary issue with the program.
For future reference, you can read these articles to help manage your QBO account:
We're glad to have you here, @JodyJody. If you have additional questions, don't hesitate to reply to this post. I'll be happy to help. Keep safe.
unable to sign in. 4 blue dots circle endlessly
Thanks for joining this thread, laura ricketts1.
I want to make sure you're able to log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
As an initial troubleshooting step, I recommend clearing the browser cache. The cache is in place to collect frequently used data, making loading web pages quicker and easier. Clearing it will remove anything preventing the connection after logging into your account. Here's how to get this done if you're using Chrome for example:
1. At the top right, click More (three vertical dots).
2. Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.
3. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
4. Check the boxes next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files."
5. Click Clear data.
The following article provides similar steps for other browsers: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online
Please give this a try and let me know if you're able to get logged in afterward. I'll be here if you have any other questions.
Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser.
