I keep receiving emails regarding money from customers, I believe I've received and set up everything I could. I'm unsure why I am still getting these emails?

I keep receiving emails regarding money from customers, I believe I've received and set up everything I could. I'm unsure why I am still getting these emails?

Receiving repeated emails after doing everything on your end is inconvenient indeed, @t-r-hvac2023. I can help you check if these are legit payment notifications.

 

The emails you acquired may be spam. If this includes links, I encourage you not to open or click them. You'll want to get familiar with the official email communication from Intuit Payments.

 

To ensure this gets investigated, I recommend contacting our Payments Support Team by following the steps below. They can verify where these emails are coming from. 

 

  1. Go to the Help icon and choose Search.
  2. Click the Contact Us button and enter your concern.
  3. Press Continue.
