If the bill is showing as deleted from the Event section of the Audit Log, you can recreate them. This won't generate any duplicates since it has been eliminated from the system.
Know that once a bill is removed in QBO, you can no longer open it. The only information that you can get is the reference number and amount. Please see the screenshot attached to see the status that I'm referring to:
If it is deleted, you can now start entering the bill again in QBO. In doing this, make sure to hit on Save after creating them. This is to ensure that it will be saved. You can always utilize this line to guide you with the process: Learn how to enter and pay bills in QuickBooks Online.
However, if the bills were not deleted and you're not able to open them, I recommend reaching out to the master admin of the company. This way, we'll be able to check if you have user permission in accessing the said section. You can have the admin access the account to check if the bills are showing up.

Hi @sim120,

I recommend you start by going to the Expense Transactions section. You can filter the information to find the bills you're looking for in the system.

Thank you, I do see the bills in the audit log, however when I click on one of the bills that had originally disappeared, it doesn't open up the right bill it opens up one of the few bills that didn't disappear.
Meaning, I added like 20 bills all but 8 disappeared in the audit log when I click on one of the bills that had disappeared one of the 8 open up and I can't open up these bills that disappeared! :(
I appreciate you getting back to us, @sim120.
Let me help make sure your missing bills appear in your QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Did you look for the missing bills from the Expense Transactions page or through Advanced Search? If you haven't yet, I suggest following the steps shared by my colleague above to find your missing bills.
If you can't still see the bills from there, let's perform some troubleshooting steps. It's possible that your browser stores frequently-accessed data, thus causing QBO to act weirdly. Let's try logging in to your QBO account using a private browser.
Here's how:
Once logged in, go back and try to check your missing bills again to double-check.
If this works, it means that you need to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh.
If they get the same result while using a private browser, I recommend switching to a different one.

Please know that I'm just a reply away if you need any further assistance in managing your bill transactions. Wishing you and your business continued success.
Thank you, however in a private browser I still don't see the bills. I only see them in the audit log and even then I can't open it.
Anyone ever had this and can tell me what to do for it?
Should I just put in the bills again since I don't see it in the account or it will be double?
Thank you in advance for your replies.

Thank you for your reply,
It is not deleted and I am the admin.
I can't figure out what could have happened and I don't want duplicate bills.
If anyone could figure it out I'll be really grateful
