Typically in the top section there is a place where I can search by client name.  It's no longer there.

You can contact our phone support team to double-check what's causing this problem. They have the tools to pull your account in a secure environment. To do so, follow the steps outlined below:

 

  1. Sign into your QuickBooks Self-Employed company.
  2. Select Help.
  3. On the search bar, type Contact us.
  4. Fill in the form and you'll be directed to the right support team.
