Since you were charged more than the $10 max amount for the ACH transfer fee, I highly recommend contacting our Payment Support Team. This way, they can further check the charge and help you from there.

I was charged 190 for ACH transfer when it is typically 10 dollars. Why? Can't get human help. Why? Call button is dark.
