Since you were charged more than the $10 max amount for the ACH transfer fee, I highly recommend contacting our Payment Support Team. This way, they can further check the charge and help you from there.
To reach them, please follow the steps below:
- In your QuickBooks Online, click the Help button.
- Select Contact Us.
- Enter a description of your concern, then click Let's talk.
- Choose Get a callback.
- Fill in your contact information and select Confirm my call.
Also, the possible reason why the callback option is dark is that the support hours when you try to contact them isn't available yet. Please check this article for the different types of support we offer at Intuit and its availability: Support hours and types.
