During the process of creating a Quote | Estimate template in MS Word and later importing it into QuickBooks Online [Import form style, I managed to match the fields and in the print preview presented me with a completely blank screen. What could be the problem?

File types may cause issues when uploading your customized sales form. Please verify that you're not using these file types listed below on your templates to avoid display issue:
Also, I'd suggest you check the settings in the Microsoft Word and confirm that the cell is not expanded when text is added. Ensure also that the tables stay in line and not overlapping with each other when uploaded to QuickBooks.
If everything looks great and still not showing in the preview page, it could mean a browser-related issue. I'd recommend using a private browser because it doesn't store cache files. Here's how:
