Yes, it's possible to update your new phone number in QuickBooks Cash. You can update it by signing in to your payments account. Before doing so, make sure you login as the Master Admin of the account. Let me show you how.
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Payment account.
- Select Account, then choose Account Profile.
- Go to the Contact information section. Then, select Edit,
- Then after making changes, select Submit.

However, if you want to change the phone number that is associated with your Intuit account, here's how you can update your information:
- Sign in to your Intuit account.
- From the left menu, choose Sign In & Security.
- Under the Phone section, tap the Verify link. Then, hit Change.
- Enter your new phone number, and then click Save.
Know that the verification code is normally sent to your recent mobile phone number either through text message or voice call.
Also, with the above steps, you're able to turn off the Two-step verification by switching to Turn off. To learn more about the verification process, check out this guide: Verify your account with multi-factor authentication.
