Hello leta74!

Yes, the investigation is still ongoing on our side. I appreciate that you've reached out to Apple regarding the issue. Please be assured that we are taking all necessary steps to address the problem of the blank form when printed.

To help you move forward and get back on track, we have a few workarounds that you can do:

  • For printing an Invoice, temporarily switch your template to Airy New. You can easily do this by accessing the Custom Form Styles page or by customizing an existing Invoice. Alternatively, you can download the Invoice to your computer and print it directly from Adobe.
  • When it comes to printing a Report, we recommend exporting it to Excel or downloading it as a PDF. Printing from Adobe instead of the browser ensures better compatibility and avoids any potential formatting issues.
  • If possible, we suggest signing into QuickBooks Online using a Windows machine or a Mac machine that is not running on the Sonoma OS release. This will help ensure optimal performance and compatibility with the printing functionality.

Thank you for your cooperation in following these guidelines. If you have any further questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach back. Take care and have a good one!
