I took over the treasurer's job at my club. The computer has QB Prod 2012 on it. I've purchased a new computer and QB Pro 2021 to get the operation up to the latest standards. I understand from reading on this forum and others that I need to update to QB desktop 2015 before I can update to QB 2021. I've also heard that I can get a trial copy of 2015 to use for the upgrade. I'm trying to find out how I get the 2015 trial copy. Does anybody know?

Yes, you're correct, @norco-treasurer.
To help you upgrade from QuickBooks Desktop 2012 to 2021, I highly recommend reaching out to our technical support team. This way, they can guide you on the process of upgrading your QuickBooks. They can also provide you the trial license for QuickBooks Desktop 2015 version. To connect with them, please follow these easy steps:
For your reference, please see this article: Upgrade to newer versions of QuickBooks Desktop Pro Plus, Premier Plus, or Enterprise.
Once the upgrade is done, you'll now need to upgrade your company files so you can use them on the newer version of QuickBooks. To get started, head to the Upgrade your company files after you switch to a new version of QuickBooks Desktop page at this link.

Contact Support and ask for the trial license of QBD 2015 and 2018. Otherwise, contact us in private.
Thank you very much. I engaged with Red from your support team and he walked me through the conversion. I'm very pleased with QuickBooks support.
Best Regards
Terry
And, like a miracle, this post came to my rescue. I have a very similar situation with the same version of old desktop software.
This was a god-send.
Thanks!
