My Intuit Payments account is tied to an old, closed email preventing admin login.

This post is directed to Intuit customer service staff.  I am hoping someone connected to Intuit can help with this problem since it cannot be resolved at the user level (including chat, call back etc.)

My intuit payments account has an issue requiring intervention by systems or software engineers.  I have made many calls and have several case numbers issued by folks who cannot resolve my problem.  My case was recommended for elevation to Systems November 17, 2021 and as of today I have not been contacted and the problem is unresolved.  Review case [removed case number] which was followed by two other case numbers all three promising to elevate the case to software engineers.  I am blocked from logging into my account as admin, and my activities are limited including "I cannot close the account" and/or use go payments on my cell. An old email address is tied to the Intuit Payments admin login, and that (care2.com) account and the entire care2.com email domain has been closed for years.  I am not sure how my old email account got tied to admin login, but I do not have access to the closed email account, and it needs to be untied from my Intuit Payments account.  My current Intuit Payments login email account shows me logged in as full admin, but I do not have admin level functionality on the Intuit Payments platform.  My other intuit platforms (Lacerte, QuickBooks, QB online) log me in as a fully functional admin with the same email address I use for Intuit Payments. The Intuit Payments platform is denying admin functionality due to pointing to the old email in some strange way.  The old email shows up for two factor authorization when I try to correct the problem preventing me (or the friendly folks that answer your help line) from correcting the problem using the tools available at the user level.  Kindly get me help at intuit using this case number to allow me to bring my Intuit Payments account into sync with my other Intuit platforms all using the same admin log in.  The friendly folks answering the help line and the Intuit community cannot solve this problem.

Thanks for replying Charlene.  How will I be contacted by tier two technicians? When will this happen? What is a direct telephone number to tier two technical assistance? How can I close my account to stop monthly charges since I am not logged in as admin and blocked from performing that function?  My Intuit Payments account is “broke’ and it needs to be fixed immediately.  I am posting here with the hope of bypassing the friendly stonewalling that’s more appropriate for users needing training and information on how to use the product.
