I've been going around & around with phone computer generated talkers, and typing chats with sales people. I haven't had any luck with any of it! It all started with me purchasing my QB Premier program Feb. 28, 2020. I bought the stand alone version, but this past week, I was billed for a yearly upgrade. I called, and I eventually got a real person to help me. She realized that I had purchased a stand-alone program, but for some strange reason, I didn't have the correct license and product numbers. They had not changed from my originals. (Somewhere about this time, I suffered a computer melt-down, and don't know if that contributed to the mess.) This very nice lady got the license number upgraded, and it showed that my product number had also been updated. The next morning, however, when I opened my QB program, it showed the old product number again. I called, and this time, I got another very nice lady that un-install & re-installed the program. That seemed to have fixed it. But this morning, I check my bank account, and I've been charged $705 for this program that I bought back in Feb. 2020!!! Today, I've been going around in endless circles trying to get to talk to someone that can help look into this. The phone #'s just tell me to go to the help (NO HELP!) The chat people say they are in sales, and don't have much in the way of options to help! (AGAIN, NO HELP!) So, I do have a program that now works properly, but I've been charged this $705 for something that I already paid for last year! No one seems to want to do anything about it!
