I just updated to Quickbooks 21.
I dowqnloaded the "Plus Annual Subscription" Liscense [License Number removed] Product [Product Number removed].
How do I download "Data Recovery Services and "Annual Support"
I opened quickbooks 21 and not all of my companies are listed and I cannot find any memorized reports
for those that are listed.
Help - I need my data.

These two services are additional services on your QuickBooks Desktop program. That being said, you can reach out to us anytime you need to recover your data.
As for the list of companies, it's possible that the file was moved or renamed. Aside from this, your computer may have been disconnected from where your QuickBooks file is located.

When I went into do payroll it said I need to reactivate. I went in and verified by credit card information, however the "reactivate subscription" is still shown. How can I verify that my payroll subscription has been reactivated

An email confirmation will be sent to you as soon as the renewal or reactivation is successful. You'll want to check your inbox for an email regarding your subscription.
Aside from that, you can also go to the Billing and Subscription page in QuickBooks Online to check the status of the subscription. Here's how:
Just in case you're still receiving the "reactivate subscription" message the account is already active, you can clear your cache and cookies. A possible browser issue might have caused the error when running payroll in QBO.

When I click on Help I do not see "talk to a human" . Would you be able to have someone call me. Or are you able to look and see if my payroll is active? This has been extremely frustrating trying to get this resolved.

At this point, this is robbery..I have a small business and they are withholding $8k in funds for absolutely NO reason. It may not seem like much however I’m on the verge of loosing my business because that’s operating cost. I can possibly manage another week before I have to close my doors behind this..somebody needs to do something NOW or I’m going file a lawsuit and I will be going after funds for pain and suffering, loss wages, and much more…

QuickBooks Online (QBO) has no license or product number. If you're referring to QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) product, you can download and install it with no license number, however, QuickBooks will still prompt you to register the account.
You can get your license number depending on where you've purchased the product.
The original purchase confirmation email serves as your product information if you purchased a digital copy version of QBDT from our website.
If you bought QuickBooks from a retail store, look for this label next to the UPC Code on the original packaging.
You can always access your information online once you registered your product. To obtain your product and license number, visit your account management portal (CAMPS).
If you haven't registered your product and can't find your license number, you can use the License Look Up tool.
