None of my PayPal transactions are showing, I have tried removing and adding PayPal back but it still doesn't work. I have customers who pay through PayPal so need the transactions on QuickBooks. Preferably with me having to add them manually.

Let’s perform some of the basic troubleshooting steps to show your Paypal transaction in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed page resources, causing some unusual responses. Here are the keyboard shortcuts in opening a private window:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P 

If it works, return to your default browser and perform a clear cache. This will delete the cache stored from the browser and help it to function efficiently.

 

However, if the issue persists, I recommend using a different browser. This way, we can check if this is a browser-related issue.

 

If the issue persists, I suggest contacting our Phone Support team. An agent will take a look at your account and can verify the cause of the issue.

  2. Enter Talk to a human.
  3. Enter incorrect bank balance as your keyword.
  4. Select I still need a human.
