To confirm browser-related issues, let's start by accessing your account in a private window using Google Chrome. Then, perform some basic troubleshooting steps on your main browser to fix it. Here's how:
If it did, we can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If you're still getting the same issue, use a different supported browser.
If the steps didn't work, I'd suggest you create the payroll journal manually to correct it.

I couldn't create a payrun in Incognito mode without it creating the pay run in the real system.
How do I create the payroll journal manually?
I can create a journal, but initially (i.e. in April ) the payrun journals were numbered by QB, now it just produces un-numbered journals so searching for a particular journal is not possible. This is not helpful for auditing etc.
