There is no need to delete and redo the payroll. @accounting641.We can carry out some basic troubleshooting to eliminate any issues related to the browser. Browsers can keep records that may occasionally lead to problems with specific webpages. To determine if the issue relates to the browser, try opening a private window by using the shortcut keys below:
- Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome)
- Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox)
- Control + Option + P (Safari)
- Ctrl + Shift + P (Microsoft Edge)
Once logged in, recheck the bank registry to verify if you can see the paycheck is not showing a different account name. If it doesn’t, return to your regular browser and press the Ctrl + Shift + Delete keys on your keyboard to clear the cache.
If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Payroll specialist. Our agent can securely review your account and investigate the matter further. Please reach out to them during business hours for a prompt response.
