Your employees can only access their pay stubs after you've approved their payroll. However, if you have deleted or negated a paycheck, both the original and the negated check will be available on the Workforce.
A negated check will usually display a negative net amount resulting in a net-zero payroll. Whereas, deleted checks will be removed from the Workforce.
