Print on screen for program got really small

You've come to the right place, @retone60.

Depending on the browser you're using, let's perform the following troubleshooting steps to get this straightened out.

First, let's review the settings on your computer to make sure it displays all pages properly. QuickBooks Online requires these settings:

  • Screen resolution set to 1024x768 or higher
  • Dots-per-inch (DPI) set to "Normal" or "100%"

Once completed, you can change the font size for better viewing by pressing the "Ctrl" key and press the "+" sign simultaneously on your keyboard. Or, you can hold the "Ctrl" key and then scroll up. Alternately, you can open and edit the Custom Form Styles to increase the font size on your printed sales forms. Here's how:

  1. Go to Gear icon.
  2. Choose Custom Form Styles.
  3. Look for your form style, and then click Edit.
  4. Go to the Design tab.
  5. Click on the Select a different font option.
  6. Select your desired font size. We have three choices available: 8, 10, and 12pts.
  7. Click Preview or Print to see how your form would look like, and then click Done.

If the issue persists,  you can try accessing your QuickBooks account using private browser or an incognito browser. You can use either keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If the print on the screen returns to normal, you'd want to clear the cache of your regular browser to start on a clean slate. This process helps the browser to fetch the latest version of the webpage and a faster browsing experience. Also, you can use a supported, up-to-date browser to roll out the possibility of a browser-related issue.
