Problem (mis-alignment) on Epson printer TM-T88IV

This morning install the v19, then the receipt printout have the problem on the right side, cannot print all out. Worked with tech support more than 90 minutes still cannot fix it. My printer is Epson TM-T88IV, tech support said the printer was too old and need to buy a new one to solve the problem.

Anyone can help me? Thanks.

Installed the latest v19 version this morning and then my receipt printer has the right side misalignment problem. Any one can help me fixed it, worked with tech support more than 90 minutes this morning, still cannot fixed it. Thanks.

Please jump right back to help me. Tech support team said they cannot help me to re-install the V18 online. And the last one hang up my call before I finished my sentence. This had happened twice. Disappointed!
