Join nowThis morning install the v19, then the receipt printout have the problem on the right side, cannot print all out. Worked with tech support more than 90 minutes still cannot fix it. My printer is Epson TM-T88IV, tech support said the printer was too old and need to buy a new one to solve the problem.

Please jump right back to help me. Tech support team said they cannot help me to re-install the V18 online. And the last one hang up my call before I finished my sentence. This had happened twice. Disappointed!

We wanted to get your issue resolved as well. However, at this point, it would be best if you can contact our Point of Sale Support team again. That way, they can take a look at this further since they have more tools on their end.
