I would like to see a report that lists each employee and the rate of PTO accruing. I know how to get the balances left, or the balances used. But I want to check the rates. We use rate per hour.
Anyone have an answer?

Hi WandaJW!
Let me show you how you can run a report that shows how many hours to accrue for PTO.
Please follow these steps:
Once done, open the downloaded Excel file. You'll see all the employees assigned to this PTO and their rates under the accrual_type_options column.
I have included these links if you need more help in running other reports in QuickBooks Time and setting up and managing time off accruals:
I'm up and open to other questions about PTO. If you need a hand in managing other lists or your data, let me know and I'll lay down some guides or details for you.
Hi there, WandaJW.
In QuickBooks Time, we have the Payroll report that you can run that shows the time worked by the employee, including regular, overtime, and time off.
To open the report, here's how:
To view further details for each employee, click Expand All or select the expand icon (+) next to each name.
To learn more about the available reports in QuickBooks Time, see this article: QuickBooks Time reports.

This answer does not answer my question. I want a report that shows the current rate employees are earning. For instance, one employee might be earning 1.333 PTO hours per 30 hours worked. Another might be earning 1.467 PTO hours per 30 hours worked. I want to see a list of employees and the rate of accrual for each employee.
