Buy nowI have QB Desktop Pro Plus 2019 and have not been able to log into my company. I keep getting a notice saying my subscription has lapsed. I have not had a subscription since the trial back in 2019. I have checked and done manually updates and still getting subscription is lapsed. I cant get past opening company file. Frustrating, any ideas welcome.

You can check the status of your payroll subscription through the Customer Account Maintenance Portal (CAMPs) website. From there, the entire details of your account on this website and be able to identify the cause of the error message. Let me show you how.
Also, make sure to install the latest, free updates for your version of QuickBooks Desktop, which often fixes subscription errors. It also makes sure you have the latest features and fixes. I don't have payroll. When I go to CAMPS it doesn't show desktop. I don't need any subscription services. I use QB for tracking financials.

Same issue here and nothing is working. QB desktop pro isn’t showing up in camps and we don’t use any online or add on services.
Any luck? It seems they want us to upgrade but I’d rather not.
There is no option for “contact us”. When I click on help it give me a bunch of answers to assumed questions.
